Policy on Returns and Refunds

We accept swimwear purchased in its original condition with hang-tags and liners attached for store credit. Return shipping & import duties or taxes are at the customer's expense. Items purchased during the sale or at a discount are not eligible for return. Please try on your swimwear over your underwear and ensure the following requirements are met.

  • Returns of unworn items must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The unworn items must be in excellent resale condition, with hygiene liners in place and all swing tags attached.
  • To return an unworn item, it must be in its original packaging.

 

How do I create a return?

Please email us at hello@bikinihutbali.com with your order number to initiate the process.

 

How long will it take to create my store credit?

Once the returns team inspects your items, you'll get your store credit notification via email, typically within three business days.

 

Does my store credit expire?

Store credits are valid for 60 days. They will be considered expired after 60 days.

 

If I receive a faulty item, what should I do?

We are confident that you will enjoy your pieces; however, if there are any quality or fault issues, we will address them promptly.

Please contact hello@bikinihutbali.com as soon as possible to start the exchange process.  

Bikini Hut will cover return shipping costs, so please retain your postage receipt, and we will reimburse you if the item is defective.

Please use a courier like FedEx or DHL with a sign on delivery & online tracking. Do not use EMS or postal services as they often do not arrive. If the package does not reach us safely, we cannot offer a credit or refund. You will be given store credit for repurchasing from our online store once your item has been returned to us, inspected and deemed faulty.
