Shipping Policy

We include shipping costs in our prices. Taxes payable when the goods enter your country are not included in our pricing.

• Australasia & Asia : 2-4 business days
• USA, EUROPE & CANADA : 3 - 5 business days.
• ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS : 4 - 7 business days

Notes

• A tracking number will be emailed to you one business day after your order has been dispatched.
• Keep an eye out for this email to track your order's progress.
• Should you not receive this email, contact us.
• Please ensure that the telephone number you provided is an active daytime number & the delivery address is accurate. 
• A package cannot be left unattended at your door or redirected once dispatched.
• As we are not a courier company, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within the time frame stated.
• The estimated delivery time is provided as a guide only and begins on the day of dispatch.
• Damaged, lost, or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Bikini Hut Bali.
• Please note that we cannot ship to PO BOXES since all packages must be signed for upon delivery.

 

We recommend that you become familiar with your country's import duty, customs and local sales taxes, and its rules and regulations regarding importing foreign products and goods. If a second delivery attempt is made and you are not at home, the courier will leave a note and attempt delivery again. If nobody is at your designated address, your package will be returned to us, for which you will be responsible. If you fail to do so, the goods will be considered abandoned and destroyed.
